Interactive Sessions on Web-based Information Resources

The Information Literacy unit of RUN library is organizing special interactive sessions on the use of Web-based information resources for lecturers in the University.  Web-based information resources are information sources and materials available via the World Wide Web. These include electronic journals, books, databases, catalogues, directories and indexes.
The changing forms and formats of information resources occasioned by emerging and evolving computer tools and technologies have necessitated this development.  The interactive sessions are meant to acquaint participants with the workings of such Web-based resources accessible via RUN computer networks.
The venue for the sessions is the Virtual Library.   Please find below the time-table for the sessions.
